Despite the recession and reduction of selling furniture , this exhibition is held widely  which indicates that Iranian manufacturers continue to produce in the current conditions in the hope to improve symptoms of economic situation . Home and office furniture exporters union officials said exhibition is housed on  36 hectares of land .

    In addition to the Iranian manufacturers, foreign manufacturers are present from 15 countries.  A number of major producers of office furniture did not  participate in this exhibition , probably looking at the ruling market and economic conditions .  Another point  about this year's exhibition is presence of new generation producers of  home  and office furniture from Tehran and other cities in the absence  of  major brands which is an event  that reveals a change in market and informs  presence of young and creative brands that challenges  the previous generation .
